Dr. Baker is available for brief phone conversations during these times. Please prepare in advance and limit your questions to five minutes so others may also have some time. There is no charge for this service for current patients (seen within the past two months).

If you call at other times during our office hours you will probably speak with Rosella. She can help you to schedule an appointment and can answer many of your questions about the practice.

After Hours calls

Dr. Baker is available until late evening for acute phone consultations. You will be given contact information and a fee schedule at your first appointment.

Appointments

We make every effort to see patients at the scheduled time and appreciate your prompt arrival. Please allow extra time on your first appointment and arrive a few minutes early to register. If you arrive late you may be seen for a shorter period of time so that the next patient can be seen on time. If it is necessary to cancel an appointment we request a minimum of 24 hours notice. Otherwise a cancellation fee will be charged.

What to bring

• Completed health history form
• Any medications and/or supplements that are currently being taken
• A recent picture of your child that we may keep on the chart

Payment

This is a fee for service practice. We do not accept insurance, however, many insurance companies and health savings plans will reimburse for our services.

Payment is due at the time of the appointment. Cash, check, and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) are accepted. You will be given a receipt with the codes and information required by insurance companies that you may submit for reimbursement.

Siblings

When possible, consider arranging for a sitter for siblings so that we may focus our full attention on the child who is being seen.

Allergen-free Office

Our office is an allergen-free chemical-free environment. Many of our patients have chemical sensitivities and appreciate that others refrain from wearing scented products on days they come to our office.

Driving Directions

We are located at 1811 Bethlehem Pike (Flourtown Commons) Suite 211, Flourtown, PA 19031.  When you pull into the Commons the road will circle around the perimeter of the complex.  Our building is in the far rear of the complex in building B1.
